1962/1963 was the worst in 200 years.
A blizzard on Boxing Day left most of the country covered in snow that lasted until early March.

I ruined a pair of red lined winkle pickers walking to and from school!

Remember it well we played December 15th then didn't play again till February 23rd, unbelievable winter.Also the fa cup 3rd round started in March.

Well thank fuck for Ryanair and Portugal. 10 days in November 14 in December.

I flew by Ryanair to Portugal in April 14. It pissed down the full 7 days I was there. Hope you get better weather than I did.
