I guess for some fans, they’ve been through so many bad times a fall doesn’t hurt as much as it should. They can appreciate that the best team won.

I’m not one of those fans at the moment though.

I wouldn’t be pissed if pep left the fucking team alone. But the fact that he had to tinker with it again bothers me to no end. Leaves you wondering what would happen if he would just leave it alone.

He likes to throw a curve ball in big games, sometimes. It usually backfires. Not always, though.

I am lay in my hotel room in Portugal and I am very similar. I have had a challenging year like everyone. A month ago very ill. Just had a lovely weekend with my daughter. City lost but I have been to a great city. I will watch city another 40 years with a bit of luck so we have plenty of time to win it. Trophies become a line on a bit of a paper after a few weeks. Just enjoy life and roll with the ups and downs!

I stopped caring when I saw the team sheet. Pep did it again. Over thought a crucial match & botched it. He may be the greatest working manager in the world, but sometimes he's too clever for his own good.

My heart sank an hour before the match. I knew it would take a miracle for us to win, & so it proved. It was a totally wasted opportunity to win the one cup we crave, & this fuck up is all on Pep.

The ‘city of old’ in me always expects a loss so a win is an unexpected bonus.

I’ve never been able to get excited about this competition. Most blues in here have poured scorn on it for years too so I can’t really get into it anyway.

Yeah it’s disappointing but I feel way worse when the dippers or rags beat us. I didn’t really give a crap about it once the final whistle went. Felt sorry for the fans who were treated to a crappy display but meh. Whatever.

My kid was crying. He’s angry at how some of our players were tonight but he’s never really been there when we won nothing.

We don’t even like uefa etc. Booooo (remember!?)
