Southgate is so far out of his depth at this level. Stupid decision to extend his contract. Probably the best group of players we’ve had for nearly 20 years and they look an absolute shambles.

But he’s a nice guy and a good ambassador for the game. Speaks well on topics like racism and homophobia, which at the end of the day is the main criteria
