Just had a glance online at todays press. It's wall to wall negative stuff. Pro rag and let's hammer us for all it's worth. Those who think there is not an agenda may need to think again.
I almost thought what happened last season would see some changes in attitudes. Clearly not.
I think we need to be far more tough on the press. Can you imagine fergiescum being questioned about his players driving or off field activities? Could you see them asking him if his clubs image is tarnished? Either Roberto needs to tell them to fuck off or Vicky Kloss needs to start banning the tossers.

Yep - I though exactly the same this morning as I read the papers.
The bias is bad and its getting worse. I agree we really do need to take some stiffer and proper action. The softly, softly 'lets be friends' approach to media we have has really back fired on us big time. The reporters know they can say anything, absolutely anything about us and there will no comeback or censure whatsoever - so they do. Time to try more direct action. Its the only thing they understand. if a few of then turned to the Etihad and their press passes had been revoked I'm pretty sure they would think twice before they spouted their next load of bile, venom, bias and spite. Why not try it? The current method is very clearly not working.

Don't read any of the red tops shite anymore. I know the only thing that matters is the 90+ minutes of football tomorrow night. The rest is just total bollocks/bullshit designed to sell. The way we won the league last season , if it was the media you went by, you would think it had never happened . It wasn't long ago when sky sports were still showing pieces on the Rooney shinner against us with that twat venables sayin poncy shit like 'it wàs like an explosion off his foot(shin) but with the beauty of a dance' . What the fook is that all about !?. Why don't they do these sort of things for the aguero goal ? . It's just rag arse kissing and if there is anyone on here that doesn't think they get extra unwarranted attention from the media, they need their head testing .


It must have been hard for them to give us about two weeks of attention when we won the league . They couldn't wait to get it out if the way and get back to their rag wankfest. If, or more so when, they win the league we will be gettin it left, right And centre until the end of the next season .
