Why do you think we are relying on a 35 year old defender? I'll give you a clue..
Because we decided to let Denayer go on loan and keep him here... We also could have bought a defender in January. Like I said shit decisions from those in charge.

I've tried hard not to say that because I'll just be called a flapper. But it's not flapping, I genuinely believe that Spurs, Arsenal and Leicester look better than us. Thank fuck Chelsea have dropped so many points. We just need the teams at 5th and below to keep fucking up.Honestly I am just worried about making the CL for next year.... 13 players? OUCH!
He wouldn't pick a settled team anyhow, answer me this who played in the fullback positions yesterday? We're sagna and clichy injured? Who decided in a game with quick counter attacking players to play our slowest fullbacks?
Excellent point.
So who does he pick?
Yesterday wasnt a case of the odd player being poor and in the wrong position.
It was all 10 outfield players just not putting in the required work both on and off the ball.
442, 4231, 433 i couldnt give a fuck as it would have made not one bit of difference.
There has been occasions where its obvious a change here would have made a difference but the performance yesterday was a car crash and the players have to also take some responsibility.
If you feel otherwise thats fine but i will put my mortgage on it that Pep will not put up with players walking around the pitch, refusing to track runners and standing still with no movement when on the ball.
I can see why people are saying this but they'll also be needed next week, Spuds also play with pace, intensity and press high. If Clichy and Sagna don't start next week then i'll be asking questions after being rested this week.
What I want to know is why do all the other teams kick us around the pitch. They come in high on challenges and our players (outside of Aguero and a couple others) do absolutely nothing to fight back. Like Yaya with Kone, he basically drop kicked him all over the pitch. Learn to give some of that back.I've tried hard not to say that because I'll just be called a flapper. My only hope is that the players start to show some get up and go. We need to learn to play without Silva and Yaya, as both are being carried right now - we can't afford that. Ah fuck, I just don't know what's going on........we need to beat Spurs, and the manager should be working his arse off to get a performance out of them.
This is my point fella how would it even be a settled back four if he changes it week in week out to rest players, injuries are a nonsense of an excuse up to this point
I don't think we've had that for a while. It does annoy me, as there are times when you need someone to stick in a hard tackle. What I want to know is why do all the other teams kick us around the pitch. I disagree. There where no problems when we won the double and there were no problems when we scored a record amount of goals.
Bob gets mentioned because the last 24 hours has seen the usual, it wouldnt have happened under Bob posts when it very clearly did and its why he lost his job.
This manager is gone so chalk that off. Yesterays man and we are getting arguably the best in the world so what do we do for next season?
Did you see 11 players auditioning for him yesterday because i didnt?
Check the pre match thread and see how many posters would have played kolorov, mdm, ota and zabba in defence, the whole fucking forum wouldn't have played that back line and I ain't even touching on yaya
Nobody would dispute that injuries have hampered us this season, but the whole point of having a manager is that he can adapt. We have the worst injury record in the league
To call it a nonsense excuse for our erratic form is naive at best

Just ignore my question and go on a rant. It's been nice chatting.

We have been erratic for 2 years mate who is being naive, our manager that's for sure
Absolutely on the money. It's the ridiculous injuries that have potentially derailed our season
Never known anything like it
If we had a full strength squad we would be breezing this league
We have constantly had either injuries or players coming back from injury
So much so that we have barely had a settled first 11 since the beginning of the season
Look at Leicester yesterday..they played like a team..a consistent one who have been fortunate not to have any long term set backs on the physio table..coupled with the fact they are not fighting on all fronts for trophies..fit..rested and hungry for it..it doesn't matter how many world class individuals you have in your team..if there is no consistency you will lose as often as you win
It's the elephant in the room that nobody is seemingly acknowledging
We have been desperately unlucky with injury this season
We have the worst injury record in the league
