Danamy deserves a lot of kudos with regards his stance, maintained all along.

He trusts his sources of information, all you can ever ask.

RVP is that runaway train and he is seemingly never going back, or at least just to tell them he has not changed his mind.

I still believe Juventus are the main rival at this point, especially if Krasic goes to Liverpool.

The Spanish big two, strangely quiet, though.

Real & Barca
Thanks for explaining. Is this concrete?
Nope, cement

Tolm is and always will be the only person I will believe on this site. Thanks Tolm for you continued support on blue moon

Tolm and Danamy are the only two who are worth listening too, Danamy has being saying this could happen for a good few months. If I remember rightly he was saying this even when Spurs were the media's favourites for the league.

While I do not doubt your good intentions I just can't see us signing RVP.

We have a policy of buying younger than him. We already have
Kun, Tevez , balotelli. Two of these are already world class and Mario could join them. Another top class forward who would expect to play would seriously rock the boat.

I haven't mentioned Edin as logic suggests a player of his calibre can not be bench warming all season.

If we do buy a striker far more likely to be a young tyro who will get games but also happily drop out for the biggest of games.

Of the two I would have thought Bale fits the age bracket if not our playing style. He would offer something different.

A key, if not the best contributor. Half fun, half truth but not gospel

A very fair take re the info I come by or try to pass on.

Gareth Bale, nope ?

?

Not sure what you are asking in regards, mate?

Bale has made it clear all along he has privately questioned the ambition of the club, wanted to know Redknapp's situation.

Last night's developments won't have exactly helped Spuds.

For what it's worth, Levy is a master at this and a new manager will need to know what he has to play with before agreeing to take the post.

If Moyes was to get it, I don't see him big enough to talk Bale round.

He is also a big fan of Adam Johnson.

Plenty of chatter Klinsmann has a shot.

come on tolm, come and bask in your glory mate!!

Excuse me for being pedantic but I got the distinct impression that the two videos related to City transfer activity. Not unreasonable as this is the TF.

Everyone here was on about RVP and Bale, one being Dutch "clog" and 9.45 the finising time of game, and fast car, well being Bale as he is quick.

Can anyone link videos to redknapp leaving?

I think with a lot of these videos, people find links that they want to find. If TH posted a Steps video, someone would decifer we are signing Bale from it.
That's obvious - you click a link, see it's Steps and think "fuck me, I'm Bale-ing out on this one."

Simples.

You won't find me disagreeing at all, though.

I have simply offered my own opinion as to what a great player RVP is, what he could do for this team in the immediacy, his motivation for winning trophies.

Mancini is also on record stating his admiration for the player, as he tends to do, same with Ibra.

RVP has backed himself into a corner because his price, allied to his age, has scared off the biggest of clubs.

We are in small pool of takers, and we have a really good chance, and it could yet come down to his family.

I would prefer Cavani and Falcao, just in terms of age and sell-on value.

Bale is an absolute no-brainer, an investment opportunity which could serve us for the net five years, and still with massive resale value.

Cavani/RVP + Bale ad maybe a CB?

Good business if we deal with all 3. Any news on DeJong?

I think there is certainly mortar this than we are being told just now.

Don't start bricking it now!

I am just throwing it out there as a hypothesis.

I wonder if we have been waiting back because we knew the new TV deal was due out and Scudamore on the final day had hinted it was very encouraging?

If there was one club which would budget around a 70 per cent increase, and what it could entail, it's ours.
