We are when Mancini leaves....
He's leaving................

BTW there are some new rumours that Real Madrid have made a formal bid for Cavani but I imagine Real have as many bollox transfer rumours as us.

I can't see this being true but im going to believe it anyway because i want us to sign him.

Well Cavani has said he is going nowhere..
"I just think of Napoli. I am not leaving for another club this summer. I will continue here. I have four years left on this contract and I am very confident about my future," Cavani told El Pais.

<a class="postlink" href="http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/manchester-city-plan-strikers-clear-out-883375" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/ ... out-883375</a>

This is the third time already since the season ended the Mirror have printed this story with some tweaks, it really is a joke how little they (and the rest of the media) know so they have to regurgitate these 1+1=2 stories and add in names like Tevez for shock value.

City are actively trying to sell strikers Dzeko, Carlos Tevez, Roque Santa Cruz AND Emmanuel Adebayor.

In fact, the only hitman they definitely want to keep is Sergio Aguero, scorer of the last-gasp goal against QPR that so dramatically clinched the Premier League title last month.

Big-spending City have told manager Roberto Mancini he has to sell before he can buy Arsenal goal-machine Van Persie, as they are determined to get their house in order for the introduction of UEFA's Financial Fair Play rules.

Holland star Van Persie is Mancini's number one priority, but the deal is looking complicated because of City's sell-first stance.

The new Premier League champions are unlikely to sanction big pay-offs for any of their flock of unwanted strikers, who may struggle to match their current contracts elsewhere, because they are likely to fall foul of FFP guidelines.
