Sorry guys haven't read through all posts but is falcao definitely a no no? For me he's the one if we are serious about recruiting another striker...

I'm not sure anyone has ever seriously linked Falcao to City, apart from wishful thinking by some fans.

I don't see why Athletico would let him go now anyhow. They may be short of money but surely they can keep him for at least one more season.

IIRC Athletico only own half the rights to him, the other half is owned by some investment company. If a decent offer comes in they may be forced to self.
