Is he fuck better than Aguero or Tevez.

He's a top quality goal poacher & will be a great signing if Chelsea get him but he doesn't contribute anything even close to what Tevez & Aguero do.

Minature Van Horseface .
You never seen him play have you? Hes like Tevez but faster and better in the air.

No he isn't like Tevez at all & if you'd watched him enough you'd know that. If you see him for more than just his goal highlights, he doesn't often get involved in the game like Tevez or Aguero & is often shite outside the box & loses the ball like people complain about with Dzeko.

He is immense in the air & a decent, but not always reliable finisher on the ground, who can score a screamer one minute but miss a sitter the next.

He is a true poacher & has similar poaching attributes & failings to Van Horseface or Dzeko but he is obviously smaller, although no worse in the air, as his timing of a jump is fantastic.
Ive watched him quite a few times, his goal on Monday where he beat a few defenders with pace and chipped it over the keeper showed hes way more than a poacher, he has decent pace and his touch is first class.

Can't have that pal.

Van Nistelrooy was a 6 yard box hunter. Falcoa is a complete goal scorer.

To judge a player you must look for the big occasions, look no bigger than the Uefa Cup Final v Athletico which was only a few months back.

He has it all and is on par with our lads imho. Aguero more talented but not as clinical. Tevez has better workrate but not as good in the air. The 3 together would be ridiculous.

Btw, responded to your post in the Garcia thread :)

The reasons you highlight are the reasons I think he is not in the same bracket as those two. He is a goalscorer, they are outfield players & also score almost as many. When I compare him to horseface, I mean that he is there to score & not much else.

That's what we'd need him for though. Too often we have the ball and pass it around just waiting for someone to take the chance by the 18 yard box. Pass it to Rama' and Roberts your fathers brother. Bang goes the back of the net and 1' goes on the scoreboard.

I'm happy with Aguero and Tevez but I'd swap Balo and Dzeko for him to reduce wages and to improve us. Threat in the air too which is vital for us at set pieces.

Oh I'm not saying I wouldn't have him, he would be a great signing. I would possibly prefer him to Cavani but I think we have two very special players in Tevez & Aguero & they are capable of scoring any goal that Falcao does apart from the headers but will give us twice as much in general play.

I don't see him as an improvement on either, not at all.

Oh I've read the post on Garcia btw ta.

Would have expected Nasty and Sinclair announced today. Gonna happen is it?

Otherwise we could have like 4+ announcements tomorrow. Crazy.

Michel Platini is going to be pissed off

City Watch ‏@City_Watch
Di Marzio/Sky Italia: De Jong has agreed personal terms with AC Milan, now Milan and #mcfc have to agree on the transfer fee.

Is this all linked with Rodney's ITK rumour?

Platini is due a slap anyway, hopefully it's a backhander from Roman who loosens him up for HRH. HRH will (in the words of Marcellus Wallis) go 'Medieval on yo ass'...

As for Rodney itk, it has set this going but Jason Cundy called this earlier in the window and so did the presenters of Uefa Cup Final (bilboa v athletico madrid) who said talks were Courtois+ cash for Falcoa. It's been a slow burner but was always thought of as happening. The way they pulled out of Hulk deal and Cavani deal worried me.

Who is this 'Falcoa' character?

He looks the business on Youtube for sure. Buy honestly, is he that much better than Aguero or Tevez? Actually I don't think so. Aguero is so young and is going to go on to be the world's best striker, imho.

He'd seriously improve Chelsea though, which is concerning.

I've watched him over the past 2 years rip apart the Europa League which is something our strikers have failed to do. He knows how to score goals on the European stage which is something that could be vital to us. He's scored 19 goals in 17 games in the past 2 Europa Seasons and scored 4 in 7 in the 2009/2010 Champion's League.

His finishing is on par with Aguero's although he's probably closer to Dzeko in style of play and has heart. Watch some of the diving headers he pulls off. Would be a great addition to the team in my opinion.
