From what i've seen we'd be set with either martinez or herrera.

In - £90m out - £20m. Total - £70m loss

If we signed Hazard and Bale you could 100% definitely add Adam Johnson to the outs. De Jong is almost definitely gone too if we buy another midfielder and Kolarov has loads of interest and could be gone in favour of signing a young understudy to Clichy like Digne.
