This whole leader thing was i think more about Madrid. I think I saw a few reports on Twitter where he is concerned about sharing the front line with Mbappe. "Leader" may be referencing leading goalscorer. The way Madrid have played before involved a lot of goals from Ronaldo and Bale (the wingers). He may be worried a similar setup may be inserted with him, Mbappe and probably VInicius/ Hazard in the front 3 and his goals may be affected by that setup.

It could also be Haaland is asking us to ditch the false 9 strategy completely once we sign him?
