If it is a Pep extension, I would be hopeful that Guardiola would sign an extension with Haaland on board. The opportunity to work with Haaland would be very enticing and the same can be said for the player in terms of signing for City and deveoping under Pep.

With the involvement of Riaola, I would imagine a get out release clause will be insisted on, I think he wanted one when Chelsea put in a bid last summer.

IF it's the case, I hope we politely say no and if Haaland is not happy with the answer, we as a club move on to the next target.

We have already seen however good this guy is and he is exceptional, he already comes with a huge baggage and entourage.
