Chelsea could easily move lukaku on a year after signing him, even at a loss, it isn't unlike them. Will depend on who the big man backs, manager or player. Even without that, wouldnt be unlike them to go for another world class player if they think he is gettable and deal with the consequences later.

I also said awhile back that if Kane goes anywhere now, it would be to United. But I just don’t think he will want to leave in the summer. His focus this year is the World Cup and any move will take focus away from that. Last summer was perfect for him as it wouldn’t have affected the Euros (past it) and would have given him more than a full season to settle before the WC. Now it’s a big personal gamble. What’s so funny to me is seeing people on his thread saying the gave a “masterclass” because he still wants to come and play for Pep. Lol: him having the game of his life against us was the most predictable thing about this season since day one. Like Pep said, it’s “the past”, and it’s so clear to me that for Kane thinks the same. But I never said anything about his place in the England squad being under threat?!Kane will not want to stay at spurs if:
1) they don’t get into the CL
2) Conte walks/gets sacked.
His place in the England squad is not under threat whatsoever, so wherever he plays wouldn’t really matter in regards to the national team.
