I get the distinct impression that he'll probably be living on another club's forum when Pep leaves City.

Anyone who thinks that the world's 'top' players dream of playing for City rather than Real Madrid, is a crackpot imo.

That must be why in the Next Manager After Pep thread I have already suggested at least five names, right? What a fucking stupid thing to say. And of course, needless to say: the only source of these opinions is me carrying my nationality on my user name. You would never tell an English fan anything like this, but you definitely would a foreign one, even though I have been a City fan for many, many years before Pep joined. There is a name for that…

Also, I dare you to tell me one time in which I said that a world top player would dream of playing for us rather than Real Madrid. What I constantly challenge is the notion that they could only possibly choose the Spanish team, especially when we offer more like in the current moment. I’ve heard from young players in Brazilian academies, when asked which European teams they would like to play for, mention us (and PSG, Liverpool etc) and not mention Madrid or Barcelona — several times. Times change.

I think a few of us have travelled this road with the Brazilian Oracle. As I see it, he seems to base his opinions on the content of Tolm's posts and writes as though he's a genuine itk.

I think Brazilian Gus is a very good poster. His posts don't seem to be based on TH or anyone else's views. He provides valuable insights into many players.

(Unconnected to this, I have long had Sir Peace Frog on my own ignore list, for a very long time, not because I have ever fallen out or exchanged any posts with him, but just because I don't find his posts worth reading, he frequently doesn't comply with the site's code of conduct to 'respect other posters'.)

Personally have found him knowledgeable and respectful, but the forum would be boring if we all thought the same ;-)
