Might be my memory that's faulty but I can't recall that much difficulty with any of them? Sagna was a free agent anyway. Nasri & Adebayor did make a point of winding their fans up after their transfers but that just added to their value for me.

Real Madrid (like all Spanish clubs) are only allowed 3 non-EU players and they already have Vinicius, Rodrygo and Militao.

You need to be in Spain for 4 years to get citizenship, so the closest one is Vinicius who can apply in January.

There will be no bid from them, they can't sign him.

It will depends alot of Real Madrid recent situation on non-EU slot player, if they can get around on that and makes official bid. Then it's over for Arsenal.

Think it suits City and Jesus's camp for there to be 'competition' for him, but he really wants to join Arsenal. This is all about getting the best fee/contract from them.
