Yeah but compare jacks first season to raz’s first season here and first season under pep…

Jack will have the hand break off and starting weekly with a target man to work with . He’s gonna be a huge player next season
I'm hoping that Jack will have a great season too but I fear that he is essentially a 95% man, i.e. doesn't ever truly give everything he has. IMO the sign of the best players are the ones who...
1st - do everything they can to be in a position to receive the ball, then control it and then use it as best they can
2nd- do everything they can if the don't get the ball, can't control it or can't use it (don't give up)
3rd - do everything they can to get involved asap in the next phase of play. (don't rest on you laurels)

Fernandinho, Silva, Bernardo Silva were/are all like this. I'd love if Grealish could be too but I'm not sure he will (I think he'll be more like Mahrez which is fine but just not great).

Yes he will and he’ll be playing with a striker, that will help but he isn’t a target man and I see his game as nearer to Aguero than a traditional target man.

For me alvarez is a pure forward, like aguero.

People are saying he plays wide purely cos pep will force him wide like he did with jesus
Didn't he move central and start scoring like crazy which put him on several clubs radar, why'd he move out wide?

He may also get some freedom from the fact that teams are going to be quadruple up on Haaland
