I think Zin and Ake will be the last of the outgoings, Delap out on loan, with Palmer and McAtee getting more opportunities from the bench.

Any names or ideas on the CB?
 
Surely we need to sort Cucurella and if Ake is going and a replacement before any potential other deals?! Really can’t see the need for Neymar and would also impact on any game time for Palmer? I know it’s a long season but we also have Alvarez, Grealish, Foden, Mahrez looking for good game time as well?

The only other things I can think of is if we're trying to get money together for FFP reasons or a big move or two next summer.

I'd like to think we're willing to splash the cash now but we'll see.

Source could have heard that it was a done deal on the player terms. Cucurella has already liked a bunch of city posts and is probably expecting the deal to go through himself.

Spitballing here, but maybe this “mega move” could be the delay in the Cucurella deal being finalized? Could also be just talking out my arse trying to make sense of it
