Pep himself confirmed Neymar will not be coming to City but that Zin has gone (not yet formally announced)
More discussions about squad depth and the nuisance that is the left back position.
No answer from Brighton, that we are aware of, for Cucurella, but there isn’t anyone expecting them to accept the rumoured first offer. One report suggests the two clubs are as much as £20 million apart with City at 30 and Brighton at 50.
The window closes 11PM on 1st September.

shows how much they valued Ake. I hope he can stay injury free and gets the minutes he deserves.Not that there was much doubt he would be staying, but with Kounde seemingly going to Chelsea, safe to say there won't be a late return attempt by them to sign Ake.

They are matching the release clause of €65m, so a bit more tham we were supposedly looking for. Probably a better player, but not tested in the league a d not club trained for them. Good move for them, works out fine for us.

Walker was very experienced in the league, he was playing regularly since 2010 I’m sure and was in the Toty 2011-12 and 16-17 so comparing to a player that has had one season is ridiculousWe paid £50m for Walker and that was considered over priced. Don't think anybody has regretted that for 1 second.
