Chilwell is a very good player.
He really isn’t.
If Mahrez can turn him inside out at will so can Salah and that’s the litmus test

Has the window closed , what did I miss ?Missing out on Cucurella and maybe losing Bernardo the last weeks of the transfer window, this window went from a 10 out of 10 to a solid 6.

I would even try a cheeky bid for Luke Shaw if it was lower than £20m. He is running down his deal.
Based on past form I think we’ve put all our eggs in one basket and are scrambling for a 2nd choice.

Think Cucurella will fill in as a third centre back and with five subs both will get plenty of games!
I mentioned Shaw few weeks back was laughed at! I always thought he was a good player defensively and attacking wise! The rags would want 30m at least 15/20m I’d have him!

He's more proven than Cucurella and also has the homegrown benefit.
In a World Cup year, Chilwell needs to be playing and getting his fitness up.
