It's Quiet 17 - Glory Thread

Stop biting.

And stop posting such drivvle that draws attention to yourself.

It's only your posts that are ridiculous and stick out but we've discussed that before.

Ah well.
Aww thanks so much. I like how you constantly comment on my posts but then get annoyed at me replying to you. You make no sense as usual. Yawn.

We don't need a lot of players, we need three key, top shelf ones.

A top class midfielder, a full-back for both sides.

Pep has made his mind up on Rico, as he has done on Ake. He loves Jack.

Walker won't be going anywhere just yet.

Phillips isn't going anywhere, nor Mahrez and Pep wants Gundo to stay for another year.

Anything else is dependent on Laporte and Bernie leaving in the summer.

Foden will become even more important and receive extra responsibility.

City spend £300m this summer on quality not quantity.
I think for example Bellingham, Kvarachkala and a very good full back would be great.

We need a pacy winger too.

Sam Lee and Pol Balus done an article this morning about the whole affair saying it's a simple "no" to whether we are going to sign a replacement.

Genuinely hate how lax we are on transfers in Jan.
This thought is showing to be a bit of an unexpected situation. We wouldn’t have someone lined up if we were not expecting a departure.

The player has proven to be a rotten egg within the group. He had to go and injuries permitting, it will prove to have been the correct decision to make. Players will most likely be boosted by it and bonded.

We have briefed nothing doing, but that doesn't really mean much.

We reacted to sign Akanji and it would not surprise me to see us do something today, even if on loan.

Agents will be reacting to the Cancelo news and chancing their arm.

Cheers for the updates mate!

The only chance of a deal I can see us getting done would be for a player coming to the end of their contract - otherwise we’ll get absolutely stung on the fees at this late hour.

Fulham would want at least £40m for Robinson, and Wolves even more for Ait-Nouri - and neither of them are anywhere near that good!

Guerrero at Dortmund is in his final six months, as is Alex Grimaldo at Benfica - both players we’ve looked at in the past.

We could probably get either for about £15m considering they’ll be leaving for fuck all in a few months - which is more our style.

Outside of that, it’s Ake and Laporte at left back til the summer!

Just in general, to be honest.

We've made some amazing signings over the last six or seven years but we tend to just chill whenever there's a position in urgent need of filling.

I said it yesterday and I'll say it again, I don't understand how the club will do everything in their power to gain even the most seemingly insignificant advantage over every other club we're competing against, from counteracting the strengths of relegation candidates to telling ball boys to play with intensity for ninety minutes. And yet, when it comes to signing players in positions we need we're like "nah, mate. Tactics, innit."

Annoyed?
Woosh.

I constantly comment on your posts as they are different to others and like i said they stick out.

Doesn't take a brain surgeon to work out you're a wum.

Double yawn!
