Maybe going for someone that's a "bigger fish" than Maddison could also be related to Gundo leaving? Got some big players potentially leaving and need some new players to come in and take charge, like Dias has.

Me too, I really like him. Some seem to think he won't leave Italy but I thinking the drawing power of the prem £££ alongside a team that compete every year with Pep as the manager should have enough pulling power.
