It's Quiet 17 - Glory Thread

Asked about, Mino told all clubs in Jan there had to be a buyout clause to even have a convo.

Madrid wanted a £1.2bn buyout clause, same as Benzema.

Obviously told to piss off by Mino, as that would be gilded cage stuff.

It's big though, certainly bigger than what Bild and others have been suggesting.
So there is a buy out clause in his contract?

I'm not that bothered with the release clause in his contract, if a team triggers it thats alot of money for Pep or a new manager to use.

If you think about it, if Pep leaves which I hope he doesn't or just signs a year or 2 year extension the next Manager will have alot of money to build the team in his image if a team triggers Haalands release clause.

Ahhh that is a bit shit in one way but then again maybe Erling doesn’t want to leave and also we would make a huge profit?

£200m fee
15% signing bonus
15% commissions.

£50m/year contract for 5 years.

It's essentially a release clause for 1 club. Barcelona/Bayern/Italy can't afford it, he won't want to go to Paris or anywhere else in England. Does Florentino have the balls to put £500m on the table for a striker when he's got Mbappé and maybe Vinicius looking over his shoulder to make sure they're paid the same?
