It's Quiet 17 - Glory Thread

you don’t have to answer but isn’t it seventeen years since the Glazers rode into Trafford?

Is it Giovanni Reyna and not Bellingham?

He has stated before he supports City so could be classed as a friend?

Branigan is an Irish name. Laura Branigan's parents were Irish American

Reyna's wiki says...."Reyna is of Portuguese and Argentine descent through his father, and of Irish-American descent through his mother."....and continues "He was named after his father's former Rangers teammate Giovanni van Bronckhorst"

In addition he was born in Sunderland...classed as home-grown player, despite having lived most of his life out of the country?

I do not know if it is realistic but if it was up to me I would try to close a deal with Dortmund regarding Haaland and Bellingham together. Haaland have a release clause so it's relatively easy but I would offer them Gundogan and Jesus in exchange for Bellingham. I do not know if Jesus will want to play in Germany but I can see Gundogan want to return to being a leading and starter player every week in a team where he has given great years. Jesus can be the team's main striker rather than a rotation player. If so then this deal makes sense to all parties, City brings in the next two big stars of world football and in return gives excellent players who are actually rotation players here, Dortmund for their part get great replacements for these 2 players. We'll probably have to add money to the deal too but it's a great deal for everyone in my opinion.

Not sure what all the fuss is about? TH said it was done weeks ago, and I for one, believed him.
He said the terms were all agreed - not that ‘the decision’ has been made.

That, we’re still very much waiting for confirmation on. Nobody’s reported that yet, here or otherwise.

It's not realistic.
