Glory Glory man united? that’s rite, Haaland is off to the scum.

Thread should be renamed glory glory shithole, so it’s not misleading for us blues.

Just thinking about who we may sign this window, looking more likey now that we will get Haaland so we finally fill the striker spot.

I guess with the news of Ferny leaving we may want to bring in another midfielder and we need to fill the gap in the squad left by Mendy.

With Torres leaving and the situation with Mendy i assume we don't need to release anyone for these additions.
 
Dion from Warwick Road? Can only mean man united legend Dion Dublin is on the way in a shock move to replace Pep. It is the only way to get the winning raggy dna into the club. Since Mark Hughes left we have been desperate to get the right man in charge and we finally gave up on our chase of Steve Bruce. DD comes in with the promise of massive cups. Good times on the way

Yeah, was talking about the squad last night with my lad.

As you say, the 2 obvious spots, outside of new striker, are defensive midfield and left back.

I think we‘ve also got to factor in who might want to depart, or who we want to depart as they won’t be signing a new deal - hopefully someone will correct me if I’m wrong, lol, but I think the 3 players who will be entering the final 12 months of their contracts are Sterling, Mahrez and Gundo.

Anyone‘s guess as to what might happen with those 3.

Didn't actually realise until the other day that Mahrez was 31 - I thought he was mid-20s!

Yep. One last big contract for him, recently married, is his new younger wife a homebird or does she fancy being in a different country? Who knows. Same for Gundo in that last big contract too. Raz we just don’t know what is going on in his or City’s head.

Reports this morning from Germany that City have made a 105m euro offer for Haaland including agent fees.

Could this be what Tolmies hairdoo was referring to when saying "it's time".

Agreement in place with Haaland now time to wrap up the deal?
