Zinchenko was instrumental in us winning the PL six days ago. Some of our supporters are incredibly harsh.Not really, Cucurella certainly improves us as left back is an issue.
Phillips I can take or leave but I'm sure you could look at the likes of Zinchenko and Ake and have said the same: that they were underwhelming.

What a rediculous thing to say.Obviously I’m over the moon with Haaland and Alverez,just think we should be looking at better players instead of players from Leeds and Brighton
We can't just cherry pick from the best teams int he world for a few reasons.
1. Cost. We have a budget regardless of what the media would have you believe. The budget is based on revenue streams and sponsorships, and whilst large, is finite. This goes for both transfer fees and wages.
2. Other teams have their own interests to look after. It's not like Bayern is just going to shake out hand and let us pinch their left back.
3. Scouting. You remember where Robertson came from? Hull when they were relegated. Now he's seen as one of the best in the league.
Phillips played under bielsa in a system not unlike our own. Txiki and pep have had him scouted and believe he fits what they're looking for and a profile pep can improve.
Cucurella is a Barca academy product and proven in the premier League. Of course he's a good fit.
We've just bought fucking haaland in a canny bit of business and some of our fans are still whining if we do t spunk 100 million on every position.
