It doesn’t matter, only 4 will count as home grown, the rest will come out of the 17 free places. So if Carson, Walker,Stones, Ake are our homegrown. then Phillips, Grealish and Sterling count towards the 17 free places.Interesting!
Well either way we're not close to our foreign player quota as long as we have 8 home grown.
