It doesn’t matter, only 4 will count as home grown, the rest will come out of the 17 free places. So if Carson, Walker,Stones, Ake are our homegrown. then Phillips, Grealish and Sterling count towards the 17 free places.

Thats 19 add Phillips and Cucerella we have 21. So players must leave for any more to be added after those 2.

So are we loosing Phil Foden this summer aswell?

I make it they can both come without anyone leaving, but that’s our limit.

The only reason would have been if the charges came after the squads were announced, but I don’t think they were.
