The Sterling situation is the tricky one, he may hang on for the window opening and see who's sniffing, if there is nothing he want he may decide he'd be better off staying and want to extend. On the other hand the club may say too late and withdraw any offer.There is that.
The only one I could see extending is Mahrez.
Gundo I think will leave on a free and it will have been tremendous value. Don't see much sense in selling him. His value won't be that high, for what we paid for him, worth keeping a reliable experienced player another year.
Sterling I just think is beyond renewal now. As a situation, not as a player. But if there is no offer suitable for him orvtge club, then he'll stay too. Jesus feels like the one most likely to leave, he is far more desirable and easier to get.

He seems really happy here, he plays in pretty much all the big games and has been superb the last couple of seasons. He's got another 2-3 years in him yet so I'm hopeful he will extend.

There is no way we sign that many with Haaland coming in. We have 3 attacking players all with 1 more season:Yes i think we will see probably the biggest shake up to the squad since Peps first couple of years. I'd just be very suprised to see us let 3 wide players leave in one go. I think Jesus is almost certain to leave, Sterling i think is very complicated with wages and his contract situation and Mahrez i feel Pep would be reluctant to let go. 4 or 5 new players in the summer still freshens the squad up considerably.

Fern replacement. I don’t get how it’s become a thing that a Fern replacement has to be a back up to Rodri. We don’t do backups the target is to have two good players for every position with a lot of matches that have to be shared to keep injuries down. Rodri cannot feature in every game and needs to rest sometimes without the standard dropping.
Aguero replacement. Still. Almost certainly Haaland.

It might also be worth considering how defensively teams play against us than 3/4 years ago. Grealish has also put plenty of chances on a plate for numerous players and the chances have been missed. I imagine if a striker was on the end of those chances, it would be an assist for Jack.mahrez finished his first season with 12 goals and 12 assists in 2500 minutes. grealish has 5 goals and 3 assists in 2400 so far. the fact people are comparing the 2 debut seasons is insane.
