I think he counts as homegrown for Chelsea, so can see the appeal and with them losing several defenders already. I wonder if we would go for it if we made our money back.

Makes sense, good luck to the lad. Burnley need to be careful with the 4(?) loans they can have of youngsters so if they can buy some of them then they will do that.
