With the money we’ve brought in and it being a primary pep target then whichever way it stacks up is no issue. I imagine the club don’t want to go above £50m including add ons but selling Zinchenko for £30m guaranteed fee shows a huge profit on our balance sheet again and pep will be ecstatic to get his number one fullback target.

However, it looks like a rebuild for a club a bit as getting rid of some important players and getting new exciting ones, we will now get to see a LB in their natural position which we haven’t seen in years. Bernardo is not the engine of our midfielder.
It’s just myth. He is the reason we have so many problems defensively when he plays along KDB and Rodri.
The last 6 games we won 5 and draw one. Bernardo played as MF on two of them.

Villa played until 68th minute. He was subbed then and history happened. He is winger or support for the winger. Or attacking MF. It is lovely to see him running behind Ryad on the left also. If KDB‘s on the pitch we need proper MFs in order to be stronger defensively.
It is nice to see him running with ball but our game is easier to build with Gundo on the pitch and his passing.
