He's not at all similiar to gundogan from what i've seen? More an attacking 8 like KDB. But apparently foden is the KDB replacement and is expected to move centrally? Unless pep is still planning to leave him out wide and use veiga as KDB understudy. Interesting..

I hate to be negative, but his profile (in terms of status, not playing style) reminds me of Ferran Torres. Could be another young Spanish talent that had a good early spell, but ultimately the substance isn't there.

Rice and Viega are literally two different players- I don’t understand it at all- rice was closer to gundogan than Viega would be. Viega is literally a no.10 behind the striker style- exactly where phil or Kev would play.

I worry about Kev long term , worth getting someone to rotate with him now build for the inevitable. I will be broken when Kev is done.. that is my thinking.
