Personally think Kovacic is a really good replacement for Gundo. Squad position is same as last season currently, but last season I thought we were probably 2 players short squad wise.

Pele definitely not a current Pep player, he'll never track back, he'll just stay in the box ;)Ignore the doom and gloom merchants, we could sign mbappe, gvardiol, Kovacic and Pele and they'd still moan. When has this club with the current structure in place ever let us down? They don't and that's why we are the best.

Be careful with that kind of talk in here.People who think city can just run it back with one transfer in are completely delusional. Agree there’s not a need to panic in June but to think one player coming in is enough is crazy.

Delusional is abit strong. Of course we would be fine with the current treble winning squad minus Gundo. What an achievement not 4 weeks ago!I don’t think just one player is coming in. But people who are saying city would be fine with just one incoming and that’s it are deluded.
City will sign who they deem acceptable both as a player and as financial sound investment. Just because we haven’t bought ten players already and have the media linking us to everyone does not mean we are not working away. Plus a lot of players are on their hols. Pep needs a break. You can’t go straight from the season we had without a break.
We have so far tried for 3 players. 1 is done, the other is going to Arsenal and the last one is currently under negotiations. Not sure what else you want the club to do presently. Also, city still have 2/3 who want to leave.

we are run by people who are considered the best people in their position in world football , our future is in very capable hands , add imo the greatest coach football has ever seen then patience is needed, and no amount of flapping and throwing the dummy out of the pram on here will change my thoughts.
some of the posts on here are nothing short of desperate,and without naming names we see the same people flapping or desperate for information, its quite sad to see.

Absolutely this.
And because of our management and how well we are run is why there are the attacks brought by UEFA and the PL- instigated by the the rags/dippers/gooners etc who don't like having to play second fiddle to us.
Bitter jealousy and entitlement is driving the agenda, but the club continues to drive their frustration and bitterness.
Show some confidence ffs and let the situation evolve.
