I reckon the lowest they would accept is 90+10 since they want 100+add ons. Unless we bid that, we can forget it. If we had a different valuation in mind, we probably should have discussed it months ago instead of wasting time now because it's not going to get done for less than that. Surely we know that, and it's just a part of the negotiation. Apparently, it was all verbal, but I hope we get serious now. I guess I am a bit cautious after the Rice situation :).

Pretty sure it’s just being stage managed and the deal will be done pretty quickly, we don’t fuck about too much when it’s a primary target mate.

i think transfers these days are fraught because the news cycle has to be fed and every tit bit of info has to be shared no matter how inconsequential it is. The first thing we will properly here is fee agreed.

I mean look at the rice to arsenal transfer, last week we heard a fee had been agreed and still it aint official due to the way its set up, its all optics, leipzig want to look like they got the best deal to appease their fans who have just lost two of their star names, we want to look like we got the best deal so we dont overpay for players in future and so we dont look like chelsea, i think realistically everyone knows this and you just have to do the dance but in todays social media age if everything aint done in four seconds flat its rubbish its nonsense, nobody cares and we move on.
