Tbh I totally disagree. Think Declan would be a fantastic engine to bring into a blatantly slowing midfield. Phillips could and never know might start having some game time and do the same job Rice would offer but that remains to be seen!

I could be wrong (I usually am) but I don’t believe he has the technical ability to flourish in a Pep side.
