We fucked up when loaning him to Bayern. If as reported Pep never wants to see his miserable boat at City ever again, we should've negotiated a £5m loan fee & lowered our asking price to £40m & made his transfer an obligation to buy this summer.we put in a 60m optional fee for the Bayern loan.
wonder what portion of that we we really end up with for Cancelo. expect less than half unfortunately, and loan with no must buy option is the most likely.
he really fucked us as he was around a 60m players especially at the end of season 21/22 where in large parts of the season he had some really great games. had we looked for buyers that summer we may even get close to 60m for him. nowhere near that this summer...

He's been crap for a long time now. Latvia would be an almost immediate upgrade or not far off.replace a player of this calliber.
My thoughts on Liverpool this coming season were that they would be absolutely dynamic going forward but get absolutely washed on the transition with Fabinho and TAA next to each other. If they can get rid of him and bring in Latvia or someone who can cover a lot more ground then that makes them a hell of a lot more formidable IMO.

LolStarting to feel a tad concerned. Little activity, having missed out on our main targets, with the exception of Gvardiol.
Making late moves after all our rivals have been given financial leg up from Saudi buying their castoffs..going to be tricky.
Would never doubt Pep, but it reminds me of the summer after Mancini won the title.

If they get rid of Fabinho and get Labia for the same price, that's great business. It would suck though
