It's Quiet 18 - Wanna ring the bell?

He's better then CFG signing. City has been scouting him since he was 16. Massive talent he is with a huge future ahead of him
That's exciting. I have never seen him play. I meant it more like let's loan him to Girona for a season, and then, hopefully, he makes it with us. Same as Maxi. Unless he is so good, he could come in right away, but I doubt he would get a lot of game time, given our current defensive options.

The fact that he's publically said he wants to stay, and the fact that there have been no reports whatsoever of a loan or transfer away, both suggest that he'll stay.
He is a childhood City fan as well. I don't get the hate for him. Cheap, young. He will probably barely play and is happy to be a bench option. We can't have 22 world-class players. He was excellent at the U-21 Euros. One of the best players, if not the best.

Indeed he was. He and Palmer and Bobb would all have been looked at as serious talents, and I am oft dismayed at the easy dismissal of such players on this forum.

It's just a thought, but with a possible increase in games again, I wonder if Pep will play 'mixed' teams in the domestic cups to gine the A squad a break and hold on to the likes of McAtee, Phillips,Palmer, Peronne, Gomez add Lewis & Bobb. We are leaving it late finding clubs for Doyle & THB also.

There’s no need to hate or downplay the talent of our youth but the gap between our EDS and the top of the prem has proven too large for almost everyone we have wanted to play for us over the years. The list is almost a mile long and at some point we have to accept that it’s too big an ask for the vast majority of talents. Lavia is probably the model, whether we like it or not. They need to go play somewhere at the prem level where they can make mistakes and grow into being Prem players

Perrone, Palmer, McAtee, Bobb, Gomez all now fighting for one spot on the bench with Kev's injury and no spots when he gets back, most will be sold/loaned before the windows out if they wanna play at all.

They all arguably need to improve and zero game time doesn't do that.
