Think the opposite,Rodri has years left,a young player with the ability anywhere near would see Rodri a block on their career. Think an older player 31/32 ish happy to rotate and be a squad player, but experienced enough to step up in case Rodri is out for a few games would be a better fit, not that I can give any names.

Not sure. The reports (which could be BS) suggest they are looking at the Benfica and Porto youngsters.

Well we missed the chance to exploit our wealth in January as usual, some say you can not get your top targets, and they are right, but January is a very good time to buy the gap between first team squad and academy, of which ours is huge. So here are two players we still should buy, and leave at their clubs. Jacob Greaves, Watford, a right back, there is not much to see if you do not catch Watford games but the kid is a right back and a better player than Reece James was at that age, the other is Ryan Andrews, Hull, a left footed center back, Everton are looking at him if they lose their youngster, we do not need a center back at the moment but two or three years down the line we will, would Watford and Hull sell? they will if they can keep them for two to three years, both these players will make the PL both are ahead of our academy.
