Interesting that Madrid distanced themselves at the weekend now Liverpool do the same. Seems to me that Bellingham has told them he's got his blue tinted glasses on & that he ain't joining either of them.

I think the City hierarchy would agree, but the legal situation makes it very confusing and convoluted and I could imagine we are going to wait until theres a resolution, or at least heading towards one, before we make a move

I don't think Gavi has any interest in moving from Barca. Some players just have that homegrown connection.

This^ and even if you did land Gavi there’d be constant speculation about him returning to Barca - it would be a short term and rather disruptive signing at best. Great player though.
