UEFA rules prevent Champions League clubs with the same owner from agreeing loan deals.

City do not own Girona, just a %, this % was not enough to stop both competing in the CL so i doubt it is enough to stop loan players from playing.

Looks like a rule change to any shares not a majority for this rule. wonder if we'll be affected this season
