I Pep decides his time is coming to an end then I feel this could be a great way to go, I will be surprised if we havent already sounded him out. If he is up for the move (even sweeter after he fucked off the dippers) then I would imagine he would want to bring a player like Writz with him.

For some reason, I just can't see him here - I know he was more Madrid than Liverpool but still.

I'd be buzzing if he did, mind.

I think he is better, just not sure how much better. Needs one more season, IMO. I can't see him wanting to leave at 25. He will want to prove himself, surely.

Id agree but there's a community of Portuguese players there, Will be offered more than he's ever earnt and we'll earn in England and he could head back home to Portugal in a few years.

I do think he's a competitive guy and I'd assume the title last year has got him fired up about winning more.

If Pep makes it clear he's not wanted though will he just go or dig his heels in.

Not so sure. With the money on offer it's a huge pull and playing in Saudi has had no impact on international prospects either for several players. I know he's only in the Euros because of an injury but still.
