It's Quiet 18 - Wanna ring the bell?

Everton fan here. Settling? He has been outstanding in a poor team this year. His calmness and maturity has been a breath of fresh air.

Most of us will tell you that he is much better than Stones was at the same stage. You would be mad not to be considering him.

Cant remember a 21 year old playing his 1st full season in the PL, looking like he had been there for 5-6 years.
Phil Jones maybe? ;)

Honestly mate, didn’t mean to come off harsh. Branthwaite is brilliant. Would probably rank him in 12-17 range of quality in the world. I just think if we’re buying a center back it should be a monster. I think Diomande is a freak with best in the world potential. Not sure I see it in JB.

He’d be a brilliant signing for United. No getting around it. But we’re a hell of a lot better and therefore, he probably isn’t necessary. Is he going to start over Dias, Akanji, or Ake? Potentially Gvardiol in his way too if we change systems. Not to mention Stones when he’s fit.

But yes you’re right, he’s ace. Just don’t think we’re missing out.

Joyce is the most reliable Merseyside reporter. Would be a shame to see Braithwaite go to the rags. Was hoping he’d be the eventual Stones successor.

not too fussed about, there is better options than him - Tapsoba, Simakan, Todibo, Yoro, Van De Ven, Scalvini, Inacio, Diomande, Lukeba, Hincapie, Hato, Silva and Calafiori and thats only from top of my head.

I think he's looked great but how we play is a world away from Dyche-ball. If we were a team who defend deep and counter I'd be desperate for us to sign him, but there's no guarantee he'd be as good playing the way we play.

The big question is, if Pep leaves next year, how many of our defenders, will be available for the first 3 years or so, to the new manager , he will undoubtedly want a secure defense in his bedding in years. It is overload for a year maybe two, but the three most likely to leave are all classed as English.

No mate all you have done is list a group of popular players, i have seen all those have shocking games, some have potential none have the experience of the PL.
