Bayern still hasn’t been able to extend Musiala. Something to keep in the back of our minds. Talks were supposed to start after the Euros. If he doesn’t extend in the next couple months I think we got a real shot next summer.

Nunes?The other potential blocker for any deal, eg Eze, maybe the fact we haven't spent a single penny on a PL player since Kalvin. That's over two years now, and 18 months since 115 day. If its part our push back ie no PL club is getting a fecking penny from us for the foreseeable, so be it. Khaldoon said there would be very little activity this window. That's even if Alvarez was a genuine shock, or was it ?

BREAKING: Man City are in talks to finally bring Johnny Evans to Manchester on a two year deal. Pep Guardiola is said to have been impressed with the veteran defender’s performances against the blues in the FA Cup Final and Community Shield, particularly seeing Evans’ contribution in the latter penalty shootout as an indication he was ready to make the step up to the Man City team.
