It's Quiet 18 - Wanna ring the bell?

Having a fit, fresh and health Bernardo ready for Inter is far more important than waving goodbye in a dead rubber.

I am pleased to say the number of clubs that could afford the fee and wages involved and be attractive to the player are few, so fingers crossed he will be here next season.

Haaland, Rodri, Kdb & Stones were all on subbed onto the pitch and all are equally as invaluable to our chances in the finals. So heres hoping eh :)

I've no idea of the details, but he's apparently resisted all contract extension offers from us so far, but has also respected City by not being an arsehole whilst pushing for a move.

Apparently it's not about the money. It's a change of lifestyle & culture he wants. Personally I don't see how Bernardo can fail to be impressed by the Manchester Ship Canal, the Curry Mile & being loved by City fans.

I mean what more could he want than taking a stroll on a summers evening along the canalside whilst chomping on a Camel One Kebab? That's enough culture, diversity & nature for anyone, innit? \0/

Mmmmm.... Yummy! :-)

Time in football is so short. I don’t get why he doesn’t just buy his forever home in Portugal now, and just escape there in the offseason. He can then just move there permanently after his time in the game is done. I sometimes think these guys forget that they will live most of their life after football.

Whilst I take your point, Haaland and KDB and Rodri all came on did they not? Is their fitness any less a priority?

It’s probably me clutching at straws anyway as I don’t wanna see the little fella go, let’s hope like you say that his options are few and far between.

For what it’s worth, ‘reliable’ Barca reporter says Gundogan is a done deal so long as they can free up enough money for La Liga to sign off on the transfer.
