If Real go deep on Kane will this open up more room for City getting BellinghamBurnley willing to sign Gomez.
Dortmund want £150m if Real are offering add-ons and it's a minimum £100m upfront.
It's £130m in one hit otherwise to sign Bellingham.

And they very well may do so.
This is a good point - and also Lavia's position would have made it very difficult to break through here. He's a DM and was never going to overtake Rodri, and truthfully it's a position where you need to be playing every week and one Pep rarely if ever rotates.You're going to have to get used to it since not everyone is Phil Foden who agree to sit on the bench for 6 years.
It's the price of having a good academy.. very very good talents that we will not be able to keep.
Phil has played all across the front 3, in midfield, and even LB. His versatility greatly helped his breakthrough (as it has with Rico as well).
Point is I think it was best for Lavia's career to move on, there just wasn't a clear opportunity for him here in the foreseeable future.

The result being Rodri having to play every minute and having to stay on at the weekend when he was gasping for breath on 75 minutes….
