Only thing I was hyped for with Rice is that he would’ve helped with Rodri’s game time. Viega is amazing but this just means Rodri is gonna play 60+ games again unless K.Phillips finally turns up.

Some people on here wanted Pep gone earlier last season. Someone said Ten Hag was doing better than Pep THIS YEAR. I've got the receipts! If we're not at the same level next season than it's guaranteed those voices will return as loud as ever.

I think if we have a big drop off in the future (and that's a big if). The blame has to be laid on the board. A part of me believes that Pep's genius (and him being the best manager of all time) has covered some of the flaws in our recruitment.

Rice and Viega are literally two different players- I don’t understand it at all- rice was closer to gundogan than Viega would be. Viega is literally a no.10 behind the striker style- exactly where phil or Kev would play.
