the question why Wirtz and Barella were not the first choice from the beginning , It would ve been exceptional transfer window

It's not done yet, we have won both our opening PL games and already have a pot on the mantelpiece.

I think Barella is much more what we need than Wirtz. We already have our Wirtz in Foden.

Getting Barella away from Inter seems like a tall task though.

Barella is the only option I can think of to rotate for Rodri and Kovacic.

This might be more important than buying for the attack right now as atleast we have kids there.

Phillips isnt trusted at all so we have nobody to rest 2 players, probably just Bernie.

Looking at the fixtures, without being arrogant, if we can get someone in this week or just shuffle the pack a bit it's the ideal time for rodri to get a couple of weeks rest. We should have more than enough for the next 3/4 games without him
