Kroos would be a good stop-gap at attacking midfield section while we find something more suitable

A lot will depend on his fitness when returning from this injury.

If he does not come back strong then I could see a Saudi move coming off, it would make sense for all parties.

But let's hope he comes back in great shape and just as importantly fresh and hungry for a couple more seasons of title hunting.
