I still just don't see how the numbers work to bring in Riesgo...we currently have 18 foreigners and even if you figure Mangala doesn't feature for us then we'd need to move on another foreigner. As of right now the only one that sounds somewhat possible is Danilo and we'd be replacing him with a foreigner...

Tosin is a mid level Championship player on a good day, he is simply not good enough for any Premier league team, never mind the champions

Riesgo won’t be named in either the domestic or Champions League squads, he’ll be there as a coach primarily and player emergency cover so we don’t have to recall Muric from loan again. You get special dispensation for goalkeepers in emergency situations.
