Did not start regularly nor in his position but was still one of WBA best playersReally? How many appearances. Didn’t see him starting regularly, particularly 2nd half of the season.

Was amazing at the Nations League finals - IIRC he was MOTM in the final itself.
Is anyone else a bit confused why we're going for a left sided CB? First Maguire, Aké, Dias...We already have Laporte and Garcia on the left whereas if Otamendi leaves then Stones is the only right sided CB.

Which is why I said left sided not left footed. He played 90% of his games on the left, like Maguire.
Buying someone based on their performances at one position and immediately making them change seems unlikely. We've certainly seen in the past 5 years it causes a lot of problems when CB's have to switch sides constantly.
