But Liverpool will also have his national team captain VVD, (as his fellow CB partner), plus Wijnaldom, and probably former teammate Depay on his way also?

I’d be surprised if either Muric or Zinchenko were not counted as foreign but I may be wrong.

Muric would count as homegrown. Rodri or another DM would take his foreign spot. If we get another CB he would probably replace Otamendi
